215-METER SKYSCRAPER IN TASHKENT WILL BE BUILT BY TURKISH COMPANY



TURKISH company Özgüven is implementing a 50-storey skyscraper project. The cost of the project
is estimated at $ 150 million. At the moment, the tallest building in the region is considered to be 201-meter skyscraper in the capital of Kazakhstan Nur Sultan. The skyscraper in Tashkent will be built on the territory of the International business center “Tashkent City” with the financial support of the Uzbek company Murad Buildings. The presentation ceremony of the project was held in Tashkent. Speaking at the event, the head of Murad Buildings Murad Nazarov said that during the preparation of the project negotiations were held with dozens of companies, including from the US, Europe and Asia. Following the negotiations, the Turkish company Özgyuven was chosen as a contractor. The project involves about 500 people, including a number of professors from the best universities in Turkey, engineers and experts, – Ozgyuven said. “The main feature of the project is that the skyscraper will become the tallest building in Central Asia and the tallest residential complex in Uzbekistan. From an architectural point of view, the building will also become one of the most original in the world,” –  the head of the construction company said.
